- Keep Forums Organized – Move, merge, or lock threads when necessary to keep discussions relevant and structured.
- Monitor Reports & Complaints – Review and respond to user reports in a timely manner.
- No Unjustified Actions – Provide valid reasons when issuing warnings, mutes, or bans. Always document actions.
- Follow the Escalation Process – If an issue is beyond your authority, escalate it to a higher-ranking admin.
